Uh, who's the Nurse? I know it sounds like a dumb question but, if I'm going to be the Science teacher, I want to teach them about the Biology of an Angel first and how everything works in balance, the bone structure, etc. I want to also show them how fix up certains if one of them gets hurt and no ones around(Broken wing, power disruption, dislocated wing, etc. But then I thought 'Wait, she might have a nurse for that.' So thats why I want to ask you first. :D

While not as strong as Crystal l'Cie, Lightning's going to have already mastered all her roles and abilities. Because of that, I'm going to allow Lightning not to have any restrictions in her three main roles (Commando, Ravager, Medic). I think saying that she has all Commando abilities available, and all Ravager and Medic abilities except for Tier 4. For Ravager and Medic, Tier 4, she can have any one of the choices even if she doesn't meet the requirements. She's able to use the other three roles, too, but with restrictions. However, instead of the normal restrictions, she has the restrictions of a default member of each role. Also, Odin has no limit.

She can be in two roles at once (so she can use Ruin, a Commando move, and Slowga, a Saboteur move in the same post for example).
