Nah, Kamen Rider W doesn't have a Dragon in the series, the new Dark Signer is like Greiger and Rex, we didn't know their Earthbounds existed so I'm throwing in a new Earthbound Immortal, besides all the Signer marks are taken and this is an OC going along the anime plot, maybe he'll have his own special mark but I haven't decided that far ahead yet, need to get through the arcs first and Crash Town and the filler episodes up to WRGP won't be in it only pre-WRGP is the Movie fic.

Slowly yes, but I'm douing chappie eight currently and I skipped a few episodes, namely Jack vs Trudge, Carly vs Sayer and Misty vs AKi so it stays true to the anime episodes., the Satellite battle against the Dark SIgners will be added in and a new Dark Signer for Shinji to face
