      When you go to synthesize it in the Recipes list, you have the option to check Bright Crystal and Energy Crystal. Do that and then synthesize.

      An Energy Stone, Shard, Gem or Crystal will do the trick. When synthesizing it should ask you to add one, I can't remember exactly but I can check if you're having trouble finding it.
