No, put ice on it, it'll help the swelling go down. Put some on for 10-15 minutes, then take it off for about 20, then repeat until you see swelling go down. Also take some painkillers.

Sometimes you can use them for backgrounds, like if you have a nice big image you can smudge it to fill the background of your tag, then put the render over that (providing that it matches the flow of your idea). There also pretty good for avatars too, since they're all high quality. xD

Hm, sure do, try www.planetrenders.net. They usually have a lot of stuff, and even on deviantArt people will post renders, but make sure the person says it's free to use if it's from dA.
You can also try www.minitokyo.net, which has great images from a ton of anime/manga series. They're not renders, but there's a lot you can do with things like that too. :]
