Before I answer that let me just remind you of the 2 REDMDs and Stardust thing. And let me also add that I won a duel wherein my opponent got out Brionac, Stardust, and Scrap Dragon in the same turn.

I would handle it just like any other boss. Stall with my searchers until I have something in my enormous arsenal that can take them down (i.e. Chaos Sorcerer, Dark Armed Dragon, Black Rose Dragon, Caius, almost any Synchro, etc). You're also ignoring something really important. Elemental Heroes MIGHT win IF they get their Fusions out. First of all the chances of that happening in an actual game and the Fusion surviving for more than a turn or two is MINISCULE. And even if it does happen, it's not a big deal. You REALLY need to play the actual game if you're going to make statements like this. Even Infernities are better than Heroes.

I was actually just about to edit that post because I remembered the Inherent Special Summon thing. But my point stands, you can still Bottomless the summon, or torrential, or whatever. Again, that doesn't even really matter because Heroes suck.

Because nobody uses Elemental Heroes, because Elemental Heroes suck. Maybe Super Poly can't be countered, but the Summon CAN. You can Solemn the summon, or even activate a Bottomless on whatever was summoned. None of that even matters, because as I said, Elemental Heroes suck. Having big boss monsters with high attack does NOT make a good competitive deck. Just ask Hopeless Dragons. They have the highest attack powered card in the game and they aren't competitive. Wanna know why? Because they're a situational deck that will only work if it draws right, and the summoning conditions for all of its bosses are difficult and impractical. Sound familiar? It's EXACTLY the same as the E-hero problem. they suck, Jaden. Super Polymerization is NEVER going to get hit. And if it was, it would have with this banlist. And unless Konami suddenly wants to make E-heroes 1000x more consistent by September, it's not going to get hit then either. Now STOP ARGUING WITH ME ABOUT IT.
