Well, your writing being dark isn't such a bad thing, my own tends to be similar when I'm feeling down. It is just a form of expression and venting your issues. I wouldn't worry about it being dark though, thats likely to just make you worry more and you'll get caught in a cycle D:

That's not good D: feeling angry all the time will just make you feel worse .-. it is a good thing you have started writing more, it can really help you get your feelings out.
