So the forum for discussion about avatars has been subverted into the area for complaining. Forums will never cease to surprise me.

I recall Neopets had forums. Are they still open?

Commercial sites tend to have poorer forums than fansites. I know one commercial company that just shut the forums down completely, because people used them to complain.
