I don't think she has a secret identity. The wiki calls her "Kory Anders" for an alias, which is just a human version of Koriand'r I guess. Most likely, she doesn't have a secret identity but the public doesn't know her real name (Koriand'r). I'll let you decide that.
It's like Raven, who doesn't have a secret identity but she makes on up called Rachel Roth to investigate a high school or something.

That works. OR...I could edit a bit to make it so Dick was the leader, but left Teen Titans to become Nightwing and then Tim took the mantle when Young Justice was formed. So she doesn't know Tim as Robin, just Dick and I'll bring in Dick later. However, Dick's going to be older so if you want to keep Starfire as her younger self from the show, we'll pretend it was Tim all along >>

xD IN THE COMICS, in an alternate future, Tim takes Batman's mantle.
IN THE COMICS, in the current mainstream timeline, Dick left his Nightwing costume and became Batman along with Damian Wayne who became like the fifth Robin (and happens to be Bruce wayne's son). He did this because Batman was presumed dead, but he came back and let Dick stay as Gotham's Batman while he travels the world to make a Batman for each country or something.
IN TEEN TITANS, Dick, the FIRST Robin was the leader of the Titans.
IN THE RP, I used Tim as the Teen Titans' leader because I wanted to use Red Hood. Red Hood's story can only happen if Dick wasn't Robin anymore (it's a secret why >>). So the Robin in the RP version of Teen Titans is Tim, not Dick as the show had it. I'm considering bringing Dick in as Nightwing, though, but I don't know. I have enough characters >>

So she would fit in whereever the first post is.
If you read the backstory, it says that after the Teen Titans defeated Trigon, they disbanded and Starfire went home. Whatever you want her to do while she's there is up to you. Save her world, do princess stuff, cheat on Robin, or do her nails, whatever xD but she comes back to Earth. She could fit under Young Justice (robin's current team) or Justice Cadets (the team going in to save Young Justice).

The Cadets have 3. They're the OCs, but they'll have 4 soon and then 5 later on.

ACTUALLY, I have an idea. For the start, make her follow a plane (if you read the first couple of pages of the RP, you'll see what airplane I'm talking about) and board it to talk to Green Arrow and Batman. Say that she got their messsage or something or that she heard what happened and wishes to help.

Well, her dad's a demon and she inherited his genes. There's a future version of the Titans called the Titans Tomorrow. The leader is Batman (Not Bruce Wayne, but the third Robin, Tim Drake [who I'm playing in the RP and pretending he was the one in Teen Titans even though that was supposed to be Dick Grayson, the first Robin]) but he's a wanted criminal because he kills bad guys and uses guns, even though the current Batman would never do that. Dark Raven who gave in to her dark side. Red Devil (I control Kid Devil in the RP) who lost his soul to the demon Nero (who gave him his powers), but stayed a hero. And several other sidekicks who took on their mentors' titles. But they were much more ruthless about their acts and were all wanted.

It's pretty much that the Teen Titans disbanded after fighting Trigon with Starfire returning to her home planet and Cyborg traveling to find himself. The remaining members became part of Young Justice. So Starfire could just return. Have you read the RP?

I actually haven't kept up with Starfire's stories >> I'm pretty sure Raven broke up their wedding, but she wasn't herself when she did it. And I'm pretty sure she's alive. The last big thing that happened in the comics was Blackest Night when a bunch of heroes were turned into Black Lanterns by being revived from the dead (There's Green Lanterns, Black Lanterns, Pink, Red, Orange, Yellow, White, Purple) and they were evil, but I"m 95% sure Starfire wasn't one of them.

Try starting with Dick Grayson, the original Robin, now Nightwing and Starfire's ex-fiance.

Or look up Teen Titans. There's been like 5678656 different teams to use that name.

Yeah, it took me a few tries at first, but eventually you get used to reading his attacks and it becomes a little easier to dodge. xD
I do too haha, one of the minigames in Okami actually caused me to break my PS2 controller once. >>
