Jaden, I hope you realize this whole Burn vs Crystal Beasts thing is a classic Giant ******/Turd Sandwich argument. They both suck.

Noobwings are a variant of blackwings that don't really take any skill to run, they just rely on swarming and trying to get the win quickly. It's a good deck for noobs.

Burn decks are basically a pile of random cards with burn effects. Most of them are anyway. Crystal Beasts have a theme, more specific support, bosses, draw cards, etc.

Crystal Beasts are just a little bit better than burn. If it was a "Top 6" list they'd be number six.
