Still, I guess I'm not surprised, what with them keeping a history of what you watch and recommending other videos based off of them. It's kinda odd, they made it really hard to access your viewing history (there used to be a really obvious button for it, now I can't find it...) and even if you clear it it keeps recommending similar videos.

Yeah, we made a channel since groups are disappearing and we don't know what will happen to the studio group (sometimes they get rid of the feature but leave the existing stuff alone, i.e. you can't make Director accounts anymore but people who had already made them are still Director accounts). And yeah, it's gotten really crazy and out of hand; I've gotten lucky and have yet to be banned myself, but I think it's going to happen soon... I've had a lot of videos muted or taken down. I really hope there's a strong reaction to the removal of groups, Google needs to stop being ignorant of the YouTube community. And lmao, a Google WoW guild... I can actually sort of picture that xD.
AMV groups make MEPs/WORMs and host contests and the like. Basically, it's just a group of people with similar editing skills and interests working together in different events and whatnot. Congrats on getting in btw xD and yeah, it's funny how Googletube likes to go after videos that have been up forever >>;. IT'S A CONSPIRACY.

It looks like, in classic Googletube fashion, they screwed that feature up in an attempt to make it cooler (it sort of resembles Twitter or something but ended up insanely ineffective, I dunno). And they're going to be getting rid of groups altogether on December 1st to make way for "new group features". Doesn't sound too promising but eh, we'll have to wait and see =/.
