Does that come with a domain?

No, I think you add those to the place you bought your domain? I'm not too sure exactly. Where did you buy your domain?

I just did a little googling and it said:
On the website where you bought your domain from, in the name servers field add:
ns01.000webhost.com
and
ns02.000webhost.com
(I believe that's what you're using as a host)

Then add your domain to 'Parked Domains'.

I'm not really sure how well or if that works, never done it before, but it sounds about right to me.

A character's role mod adress is located right below their UCM digit, above the place where their model/mset are also located. This goes for every single character in the game:


As for voice mods, they seem to only be possible with playabler characters and party members. To get to where the voice mods are located, the easiest way is to open up PS2Dis, use the "search" function (press ctrl + g) and type in "Donald" (INCLUDE the apostrophes) and double-click on the first result, which should be just plain "Donald". You are now at the voice mods.

well first you have to use the crack and then the serial number.
