I was about 15 when I first watched Death Note at our anime club. I liked the story so much and it got me thinking as well. Plus, L was just plain badass!

There are possibilities. There may/may not be doctors over there I could see. I get some cash from my parents, but we're to lazy to drive to Barns and Noble every month. I only go when I can and when I see a giant Naruto on the cover...yeah, don't wanna get into that.

I haven't read a lot of Shonen Jump lately. I seriously need to catch up.

They got rid of Yu-gi-oh!? That stinks. The only thing they advertise is Naruto and I very much dislike that one.

Damn. I'm probably going to just get a subscription. All together, it's half price from buying Shonen Jump for about a year. Good thing I did invest in a Barns and Noble discount, knocking off 10%, so that takes away the tax.

Yeah, they need to lower the price. I don't think Shonen Jump manga is that cheap. :P

I heard that a lot of the sites are being locked down. I have a few apps on my iPod that'll give me manga scans, but I need to have an internet connection. Plus, I just like holding books in my hands.

Well, for one thing, manga is expensive. As a famous picture once said: "Anime: Drugs would be cheaper, y'know?". So, I run out fo money, I can't drive, and my tv sucks so I watch anime at home on my computer. Also, I don't do much outside of chruch and anime's a good time killer.

My parents comonly refer to it as "Japanese garbage" but as long as it's keeping me away from from things like drugs and alchohol, they don't give a damn. My family doesn't really bother me since I like different things; we each do our own thing.
