Ha. Well, I won't spoil it for you. They're really good movies, espeically the second one. The third one was kind of...lame; well, it was a spin-off. My family's not that strict, and they don't really care about my anime or manga obsessions. As long as I buy it, they really don't care what I get.

I didn't laugh, but just kind of...smiled. In the end, Light let evil consume his soul. I guess it did have to end that way. It couldn't end with L's death persay simply because, moralistically, it's backwards. L's death seemed like a good ending, but they needed to show that good will always triumph over evil. That's why I kind of like the movie ending better!

That's true. Still, it's a pretty decent episode.

Well, I'm not the only person who saw L's death as the end of season one. It only makes sense, the rest of the series goes downhill until the very final episode.

I don't know how I mistook it. That was the day I bought my iPod and got a $50 gift card. I think they they had it as the last episode of the season, so I always assumed that L dying being the end of season one. I bought it without really thinking about it.

No, I don't. :P. I only have three episodes; The first episode, the one where Misa dresses as a nurse (I actually thought I was biuying the one where L dies at the time, but the labeling was wrong), and the final one. I did buy the Death Note Relight movie, where it basically sumed up the first season.
