Nice going. xD I've been doing a US History project in diary form, I've gotten about 7 entries done out of 30. I'm glad I had already started this, lol.

Haha, I remember doing science projects in elementary school, that was like my least favorite thing ever. xD
But yeah, my procrastination has gotten really bad. This summer I had to block KHV to get myself to work.

Hm, well it's a good start.
First of all, using more than one stock isn't always a good idea; it's easier to simply focus on one subject. In using three stocks, the viewer doesn't really know where to look. I actually like the background a lot as a start, it reminds me of the first few seconds on the BBS introduction and the end of the intros to KH1&2 with the doves. That being said, it is a bit repetitive. Even so, it's a lot better than the backgrounds I was making when I was just starting out.
The text isn't great, but don't feel bad about that, people who have been making sigs for years aren't even good at text. Just start adding your text early into the process so that you can work it more into your effects, and don't make it so big.

Keep following tutorials and playing around. :]

I haven't heard much off of Brand New Eyes, what I have heard though just was really generic and boring sounding.
And they're pretty popular, I guess it's just that they haven't released anything new in a while.

I used to be very into Paramore, I kind of lost interest after Riot! though. :/
