I can DEFINITELY see what's so broken about Substitoad though. I looked at him and he's pretty overpowered. I don't think it's anything Elemental Heroes couldn't handle though. Things like Super Polymerization and an Absolute Zero Based Deck could easily beat a Frog Deck.

Oh and, Konami's Ban List is complete and utter overkill. They have got a shitload of cards on their list that don't need to be Banned nor Limited. Not only that, But they clearly have no idea what they're doing anymore.

1. They Banned Substitoad despite the fact that it isn't even splashable.

2. They keep on banning and unbanning Monster Reborn.

3. Oh and, Do you remember the time when they Limited Smashing Ground but yet they did absolutely nothing about Lightning Vortex?...SMART.

There's a bunch of other stuff too. I could go on a pretty long time about them and their list but I won't. They're either high or really stupid. That's all I have to say. Sorry for getting off the subject but I needed to get that off my chest.

I REALLY don't like how you say completely different...I mean, It's not like I've done anything to actually change the rules of the game...

And I know that it also takes away dice-roll and coin toss cards but how are those important anyway? And those things can be decided by a third party.

But still, Playing well in The Duel Arena DOES require some skill in the actual game. Otherwise you'll get mauled upside the head. It takes some skill to know how to set up a good defense and avoid having your field cleared and getting OTKed. Not every player in The Duel Arena knows how to do that. Sure it's possible to cheat and look up some combo to use that isn't yours. But still, All the players we currently have there at the moment are honest and would never do that. The only player The Duel Arena ever had who would do something like that was Ruon.

If somebody gets a no monster hand and gets killed on turn 2-3 because of it what the hell does THAT prove? In The Duel Arena you don't ever have to worry about that happening. And THAT is what would happen if you and me were to ever Duel outside of The Duel Arena. I don't know about you but lady luck hates my guts. I have got the worst luck of anybody that you've ever seen in the real game.

The Duel Arena gives players who don't have very good luck in the real game a chance to show what they're really capable of. Did you ever think about that?

3 King of the Swamps seems a bit excessive while running 2 Polymerizations IMO though.

I myself think this Deck looks like it could work. I'm just gonna give it a bit of tweaking with a few of my own ideas.

Oh and, I learned recently that Book of Moon is a more useful card than I ever imagined...I noticed that you can use it to kill an Earthbound Immortal by battle![IMG] I did that to Wiraqocha Rasca. Man that was sweet![IMG] I always wanted to do that![IMG]

Because setting up a combo in real life is something that can usually only be done with skill. Even getting what you need in your hand can take skill to some degree.

You need to know when and when not to use draw cards, search, cards, etc. Deck building is also really important. In the DA you just get what you want when you want.

And in real life one important thing is making plays on the fly, which you never have to worry about in the DA. It's two completely different spectrums, it's apples and oranges. Doing well in one has nothing to do with doing well in the other.

Not true, It DOES take some skill in the real game to do well in The Duel Arena or you'll be slaughtered. How do you think I got my skills there? I had to train alot in the real game first of course.

No, it still doesn't prove that you're better, it proves that you've thought of some good strategies. I have too, but it still takes skill to make them happen in real life. Not in the DA.

Please explain what you mean, If you've managed to draw what you need in the real game to use your desired strategy how is that any different than The Duel Arena?

If both players can just pick their own cards and use their own strategies right way like in The Duel Arena instead of having to wait to Draw the right cards or worry about the chance of not drawing them at all like in the real game then doesn't that prove who's better?
