lol well, it will probablycome in handy some day lol :D the trick to fle your body like that (providing you cant aleady do that lol) is to go really slow. your musles have a reflex that if it stretches too far, too fast, you feel pain. if you go really slow, the reflex doesnt recognise it, and then, your as flexible as you want to be :D (well, till a mustle rips, but i dont think anyone will go that far lol just stretch first lol (though, doing it is not recomended lol)
