Nah, I'm usually in America. It's only this week, last week, and part of next week that I'm 6 hours ahead of you. Anyway, bedtime!

Nope. Dutch pancakes are made from a different kind of batter. I think it's one egg, 1 cup of flour and one cup of milk and a pinch of salt. Then you just add whatever you like to the bottom of the pan and let it cook. Finally, you add in the batter and any melting ingredients (like cheese) on top after you flip it. Easy. I had one with ham, bacon, and cheese. 'Twas great. Very different from an American breakfast pancake.

These pancakes are amazing. They've got all manner of amazingness in them. Ham, cheese, bacon. They're actually a dinner food as opposed to American pancakes which are for breakfast.

I don't need luck for dinner. Anyway, back. We had Dutch pancakes. And they were AMAZING.
