I have a majour panic attack if im put under pressure at once..eh an exmaple of this is today in P.E XD I was the last one in dodge ball and my team was cheering me on and the rival team was glaring at me threathing to throw the ball at my face.. XD My chest went tight I couldbt breathe for a few seconds :P

I too rarely feel peaceful..the only time i feel that is when I havnt been screamed at, told off or somebody hasnt hurt my feelings which in my case is rare
