i honestly think at the moment we are alone in the universe (though thats debatible) i think that there are no aliens yet. some day after humans are gone and extinct, eventually another species will go through eveloution to ask the same thing we ask today, and then they die and another species comes and askes the some question and that repeates over and over and over till the end of time (weather there is one, agian this is debaitible) so basickly the question will be asked for ever, and will never stop being asked, that is one of many questions that you could say is locked in time lol :D
