But yeah, that's what the rules will allow me to give you. If you don't post in any of the Capitol threads, Britt and I give you a five for training, and we give you whatever's left of the skills for your character to have in the arena.
The Capitol closes on the 9th of July, and then you have five days to make a post in the arena. If you don't post, we kill your character off. Thus, you have until the 14th. :)
