Umm but tthe amount of money that would take and the production value and the rate of production come into play. But I like yours more cause they already have hydro power. They also have Wind power but I see more hydro power then wind though.

Yea but the thing is that the water source may dwindle cause you can have all cars running on one water source. May be if they ran on air cause to me air is like umlimited. And if they do then they could even have filters in them to clean put out clean air from the waste products.
