They should have added adult chichi instead of kid chichi (or both)

I don't think they should have added extreamly unimportant character,

Rildo is an awesome idea
Tora should be in, but Borgos and Shugesh shouldn't (they should appear in a special attack of Tora or something)
I don't think Paragus should be in because he did absolutely no fighting
Bio broly is a good idea
For henchmen they should bring the best henchmen as the playable character and have the other henchmen appear in special moves
14 and 15 would be a good idea though
I like what they already did with babadi's henchmens (have them appear as specials)

The main problem with rota is that is searches Stratos, which in turn searches Malicious, which is a big part of a once very broken deck. But now that said deck is long since gone, ROTA should be semi'd or even unlimited.

Anyway, good deck thinning cards are draw/discard cards. Allure of Darkness is a good example, but you don't have enough dark cards in that deck.
I'll look into what could be good for this deck.
