Thing is, temps that high are very rare here in Washington, I'm thankful they don't occur every day, and that we don't have wild swings in the seasons *remembering news reports of very high snow totals in the east this past winter*

Just be thankful we both don't live in Phoenix, Arizona, it gets WAY too hot there (but there was this one day during summer of last year where it got to be 104 where I live)
