Because The Envoys are not that threatening if you have enough skill like I do. I've beaten them before. Both of them can easily be stopped by Solemn Judgment, Black Horn of Heaven or Divine Wrath. etc.

I myself have a Chaos Deck based on Envoy of The Beginning in WC2010 that has yet to lose. But in The Duel Arena luck is virtually nonexistent. Hell, you don't even have to decide what your facedowns are until you actually use them.
