dreams are all about your mind and what's going on inside of it!! you can ask my dads gf since she is going to be a phycologist soon and she knows all things about dreaming. Well its basically the negativity that you feel inside put into a dream that portrayed it. You need to have more positive thoughts and that stuff comes from deep inside you so it's not easy to fix but if you keep thinking about the dream or really painful and negative thoughts then you will have another bad dream.
