Do you think you have a virus or maybe your computer isn't set up the right way. You might want to reinstall some programs. It's just a suggestion.

What kind of computer do you have? Is a Mactintosh, Pc?
Do you have Windows XP, Windows Vista?

Okay. See that's the problem with you tube now that is owned by Google. They have more strict guidelines. This is one of the reasons why I pick songs or music that is either not from the US or ones that aren't as popular and over done.

I wish I could hear it because you tube disable the sound and sent forth this message.

I also have a lot better ones. I think I have mastered Windows Movie Maker. I would like to use other programs, but they're out of my price range right now. Maybe in the near future I will. Right now I work with what I have.

This is what you do to add music.
Follow these steps:

On the upper left hand side of your computer screen, choose the option that says import Audio or music.

It will open up to where you keep your music and choose import once you selected the audio or music of your choice.

It will open up in a file of the movie maker that says "Imported Media" with a arrow. Click on the arrow and your music file will be marked in a folder that says New Folder.
Click on the music file there to add to your music video making sure your video is in the timeline format.

*hugs back* No problem. follow these easy steps.

OK open your file and it will automatically open up in story board format
click on "timeline" in the lower left hand corner of the screen
Once you're in the timeline format you will see in bold letters Video and right next to it a "+" symbol.
You will also observe that your choices are Video, Audio/Music and Title Overlay.
These three are your only choices when the format is the "+" mode.

To get more choices do the following:
Click on the "+" symbol and it will change into the "-" symbol
You will now see the same choices but with added ones marked Transition, and Audio.

Go under audio and go to the part of the clip you want no sound for. Right click with your mouse on the part and scroll down to mute.

To make sure it is mute test it and also look at the coloring of the part you muted. It will be white and a lighter shade of blue compared to something that is not muted which is white, but a more visable shade of blue with tiny black dots all around it.

I would be honored to help. I use the same program. First off, when you're done with the editing and ready to send your video you need to make sure that you go to the left side of the screen and click on where it says "Publish movie." It will take you to another screen that will say save to my computer. Choose that option, and then after that choose the option that says recommended.

Currently I'm working on another music video from the anime called Ouran High School Host Club, that is three parts of different songs into one. I'm pleased of how it is turning out so far, but it takes a long time to complete one and I'm kind of like a perfectionist. xD

As for mine, I have different kinds ranging from one anime one and several Kingdom Hearts II to even ones with me in cosplay. Which would you like to see?

Was it longer than 10 minutes? That's usally the problem or did you convert it into an wmv or avi file? What program did you use to make it?

That's great to hear. Oh I almost forgot to ask. By any chance do you make music videos or amv's? I do, but you could say I'm kind of shy to share them since I don't know if people on this forum would like them or not.

I hope your wife and your little girl are healthy. I remember one of your concerns was her giving birth to soon.
