Exactly the same here, excepy for me it helped me to gain confidence and overcome a lot of my shyness. I was extremely weak when I first joined here, but the things I have seen and gone through here helped me to grow a backbone and I truly believe I have become stronger as a person because of this place. You are right that it definitely makes you see the flaws in yourself too, it makes you face the worst parts of yourself and it is either stare them down or be taken down.

Sometimes I really, really hate this place, for the things it has put me through and all the drama crap, I've been to hell and back so many times I get a discount on the ticket prices xD but other times, I am so massively thankful to it, because some of the friends I have are the most amazing people I could ever hope to meet.

This is very true, except that people do try and people do come up with ideas, but they are shot down or torn apart. It isn't that people don't want to take action, it is that they have lost hope and faith. That being said, people will always complain about staff, its the law of any forum :b
