Yeaah, that's what we call house-spiders, they live under my house most of the time, but they tend to crawl to the basement sometimes. They're yucky ;-;

No seriously, I would've screamed like a little girl and jumped on the couch. If you can HEAR the thing walking, then they can bite and maybe even be poisonous. I hate those eight-legged freaks so much ._.

This one time a so called 'house spider' (which we have in the Netherlands, we don't really have big ones, heck the only time i've seen a tarantula in the wild was when I went to America for vacation) laid eggs in the basement, oh god the horror. they crawled super fast along the white wall and I screamed like a two year old ;_; I made sure every single one of them either went outside, or got squished.

I think it's scary just because it has spider legs ._. I am arachnaphobic (spelling? lol) so I get easily scared with that stuff.
