Most of the series I've read have good and "happy" endings.
I honestly can't remember all the series I've watched or read over the years, haha.

Though right now my "active" list only has about three or four titles on it.

Yeah, that's how Spice & Wolf is. It relies more on business deals and terms to move the plot along rather than random plots or fighting. So most people do end up watching an episode over again or reading the manga over because of its complexity.

It's really well done, I'm happy that they continued the anime. And it's only subbed, so that's good too.

Well...some of the storyline is complex too, I've watched the series over two or three times and I pick up on new things each time.

Ah, Spice & Wolf is...a bit on the more mature side, it's not very violent but some of the concepts and whatnot are more complex.
If I remember right it's rated Older Teen.

I kinda outgrew Naruto, also gave up on Bleach...moved on to Spice & Wolf, InuYasha: The Final Act, and Busou Renkin now.
