The story of the end of technology in a utopian society. Twenty years ago, a young man was forced in exile out of the then-new and burgeoning young society due to his beliefs against the ideologies taught within. It is this year he is allowed to return to the new and complete society. Upon his return, he is marveled by the wondrous and advanced technology that lines the streets of this modern world. Learning of something called the "ICM", or "Interconnected Communications Web, he slowly begins to harbour and extreme addiction to the content of the ICM. Eventually, a talk with an old man, one who had lived before the advent of this technology, explains to him how his addiction, and that of others, to technology would destroy this society. Seeing his ways, the man beings a crusade against all technology, seeking to re-live the more primitive and simpler days without complications and drastic thought. After numerous feats in the destruction of technology of all sorts, the man and his followers begin to march down to the Grand ICM Building and destroy it completely, believing to release the minds of those trapped by the "greatest horror of technology ever created". Upon its destruction, only a day passes before the society erupts in chaos and soon destroys itself.
