I'm looking for a new one atm.

She has to get surgery the first of next month. ._. And I want to go in Culinary Arts classes at my school when I'm a junior/senior. (I go to the largest and best high school in my state so we have more variety in what we learn) Anyway, we learn how to cook healthy foods, how to prepare and serve food in commercial restaurants and semi-public inistitutions, figuring the right cost, how to use all cooking utensils.... And when we're good at it, we get to sell what we make to regular students in the school. o: And keep some of the money to ourselves. I'm sure no one wants to eat school lunch, so they'd definitely pay for it.

Career Opportunities from it: General cook, short-order cook, chef, supervisor, management, waiter or waitress, bus-boy or bus-girl, hostess, and baker.

So have I. Baked chicken, potatoes, roast, and a few other things. If my mom wasn't sick then I wouldn't have to do. >.> But my brothers are saying my cooking is better than hers...Which is good, I guess. Kinda fits with what I want to do.
