I get, you're 'meh' about it, but still...*hugs, shakes head* That's malnutrition, and it can make you sick...Actually, I think it also might be the reason why you're having so many bad dreams. I know I have them whenever I don't eat enough.

*closes eyes, shakes head* If you ever visit me and my family, you will care. We're very centered around food.

*ish concerned, looks at you* You really should eat. I'm serious, that can lead to serious health problems, like diabetes or annorexia, if you don't get the proper nutrients.

*hugs* I would strongly encourage eating three meals a day, even if it's something like a granola bar, and if you're not hungry in the mornings (like I am, most of the time). Seriously, eating breakfast jump starts your metabolism in the mornings, and eating something with fiber (Frosted Miniwheats) helps improve your attention span...not mention helps liven your mood, if you're a grump like me. *walks like old person*

Well...normally a cheese omlet with potatoes, but that hasn't been agreeing with me, lately, so I've been getting some Frosted Shreaded Miniwheats...and potatoes. XD You?
