Thats understandable, he doesn't want to cut off all his friends. But to be honest, you should encourage him to suround himself with friends like yourself, who wouldn't put up with that crap. Keep him on the straight and narrow.

Well, once you get your permit, just one hour during the weekend can do a lot. That's pretty much how I did it. It was hard since I had to skip driving for weeks...but still, I MADE time for it, and went for it whenever it was available. So basically snatch the car from your brothers. :D They can give up one weekend of fun for their baby sis. :3
