In the beginning, some lady found out Daine had magic even though Danie denied it.
In the end, she met her parents, learend her dad was a god and that was why her wild magic was so different than normal. She and Numair became a couple despite the age difference.
That's pretty much all I can.

It could be a range of things.
I'd have to reread Chamber of Secrets though...but it could be something like Malfoy's descendant was bitter because the way his ancestors betrayed Voldemort, or an entirely new character, or something Voldemort left behind.

That sounds familiar...is it a book series? I think I read something like that years ago. The girl's father turned out to be one of the god's in the end. The bad guys were bird like things in the beginning. I could've just looked it up, but I'll do it later lol

Well didn't really think of it. I was rereading the seventh book and the thought crossed my mind.
It would have the same backstory, but Voldemort would be the only character from the book. He would do the whole "attempt to kill the baby" an dfail like the books. 11 years later, blah blah. but yeahhhh
