You should do what I did and start a hate bag. xD

You take anything (paper) of yours you have that reminds you of him and put it in a bag first. Then you start to write. And you write/draw EVERYTHING. How you feel. Don't limit yourself, no one will see it but you. You can write letters to him that he'll never read.

Anything to get those emotions out.

You keep doing this on occasion (when you're feeling bad ONLY. Not when you're nostalgic, or else it'll be a "pity"/"grief" bag and that's not good.) until the bag is full or getting stuffed.

Then whenever you're angry, you take one of the papers out and just start ripping. Preferably while you're venting to a friend or something. Just rip, rip, rip, rip and let yourself be angry or sad or violent or anything, really.

And when all of the papers are ripped and the bag is full of the shreds, you either throw it away or (if you're violent like me), throw it in your fireplace and BURN IT. >8D

Normally, once this whole proccess is over (it takes time), you'll feel much better about everything and it'll help you move on with your life and you'll be free of your burdens about it.
