Anyway,before changing the things on the computer,you need to go to Wi-Fi setting on your game,and cnfigure it yourself,put the IP of the computer,and a lot of other things,but it's easy,after you do so,test the connection,if it fails,you'll need to mess with your computer,i hope i'm not confusing you...

First you need to connect to Wi-Fi,then go the the basem,ent of a Pokemon Center,a girl that is there should give you a item,if you select this item while connected the Friend code will appear.
