Even his hair looked different..not just because it was flowing in the wind..it looked longer in the back...It's crazy..We even saw a illusion of younger innocent Light walk past him...when he was walking home from school when he first picked up the Death Note...But..the Manga's ending is very different..Light doesn't leave the warehouse..he dies right in front of Near and the others...

Light asks Ryuk to kill all those guys..including Near...and Matsuda...but he actually still wrote Light's name..and Light kept crying about he didn't wanna die..

Then...Light's last words were..

Damn it...

Yeah..died in the warehouse..and Mikami went to jail instead of pulling his finger off and bleeding to death..he died after a few days in jail....or a few weeks..

Matsuda is still with the police..things go back to normal..Near becomes the new L and so on..

What gets on my nerves about Matsuda is that he used to call Misa, Misa Misa...WTF...that got annoying...

And Matsuda actually survived the whole series...and he's matured.....he's grown up alot since early Death Note...and his vocie changed..most likely another voice actor...and he got a hair cut..his face is also different..

And Light...when he was walking down the street clutching his arm..he looked like he was in his 30's-40's...The only time he ever looked like an adult..

He's always looked the same except for his face at different times..
