Yeah, it sucks. Then again, I hate needles, so waiting is kind of okay with me! XD

Yeah, that's like a definite. but Jessie will have a main enemy who is a homunculus. Some third rate alchemist will eventually perform a human transmutation on Jessie's dead sister, The alchemist will die in the process.

The homunculus that is created, will be called Despair. Her name is from the original meaning of the sin, Sloth. It used to be the sin of sadness. Supposedly, wallowing in despair was a sin because it meant that you refused to enjoy the world that God made. If you ask me, that's a load of BS, but it works.

Because a third rate alchemist created her, she will have an unstable molecular structure. This would give her the ability to "vibrate" her molecular structure in such a way that allows her to pass through solid matter. Her Ouroboros tattoo will be on the back of her neck.

Despair will be created after Jessie remembers who he is. Eventually Despair would learn that she was modeled after Jessie's sister, and will blame Jessie for her existence. In her mind, she would have never been born had Jessie not "killed" his sister.

During one of their battles, Jessie will realize that his electric attacks causes Despair unstable body to become "energized", Meaning that her molecules will become excited and vibrate rapidly before breaking apart/exploding. that will end up being his strategy for beating her.

I'd laugh, but my throat is too sore. >< But you are lucky that you're in the clear (for now; you never know).

So far, I've only heard on 1 confirmed case; it was at a school close to mine. It started to make me parinoid with my being sick already.
