I don't really know the details behind the original, just that ninjas don't get along with assassins.

Yeah, here's what we got so far. And we used video game ppl for some reason. O.o

The House of Terro... I mean.... POCKY!


Once upon a time, many, many, many years ago, in the city of VillTown, there lived an enormous family of ninjas and assassins. In this family, there were two very distant cousins. One was a ninja named Ryu, who was forced to wear something other than the usual tight leather clothing. (O.o) Ryu was known for being wild, unpredictable and above all else, being just plain troublesome. He always got himself into some kind of trouble.

The other cousin was an assassin by the name of Altair. Now, unlike Ryu, Altair wore a hooded cloak that came with all sorts of straps and things alike. He was known not to be much of a talker, but not many family members took notice of this. Altair was also considerably intuitive and found a solution to just about everything. Maybe that’s why Ryu became friends with him.

It was true that Ryu and Altair argued constantly. Ryu usually got on Altair’s nerves, but they still remained friends for some deranged reason. They were a team, in a sense. When one would get into trouble, the other would bail them out. And because of this, the cousins were inseparable.

One day, this large family decided to have a reunion at the VillTown Park. Now, this park was conveniently located next to a randomly colored forest. There was a strange story about this forest. It says that all who enter are hopelessly lost forever and ever. But, this family paid no attention to this, for they believed it was just a story.

At this family reunion, Ryu suddenly and immediately took notice of the colorful forest and turned to Altair.
“You know what we should do? We should go and explore that forest!”

Yeeah.... I didn’t suppose so... But English class left me and deven5 with the joy of recreating Hansel and Grethel.

Completely random question, Is it okay to have ninjas and assassins in a 1st graders’ story book with no violence at all? (With the sole exception of that candy house getting eaten)
