I don't know what you mean by that lol, that's never happened to me before when I added something transparent mess around with the settings to make sure it's correct.

maybe some textures? I can barely start a sig of my own (I always seem to end up coloring manga scans o.o) so I don't really know. xD

also to remove those black borders, go to your preset, and change the size to 640x360. After that go to each one fo your clips, and for each, go to Video Pan/Crop
At the above there will be a bar that say "Untitled". Click the arrow to the side of that bar and it will give a choice of presets. Choose "16:9 Widescreen TV". After that, it should be good, just crop out the 2 black side borders yourself.

at the first part with Riku turning his head, decrease the line sync of the TV Simulator effect. It gives out a nice result.
Adn do the same with Riku when he's talking, but keep that light effect. I'll add more suggestions later.

you'll need to get a codec for that problem. Just search up "avi codec fro Sony Vegas 7" or something like that on youtube.

If that doesn't work, download an avi video converter, and once you do, convert all those videos into .wmv format.
(The second method I said is how I did it.:3)

Try using pan/crop to shake it up a little and video fx like TV simulator to make it match some of the guitar screeches and add some more varieties of clips to match the timing. You could either just get different clips from the same KH2 intro or just dl some clips like from here or bluelaguna.net

I would make you an intro if you'd like. I've got like every single clip of KH and Crisis Core lol.

Also, I liked the music. Is'nt it Slipknot?? =O
