I have done that before xD I had a dream that my youngr sister died, so I went and woke her up to make sure she was alright, she was more than a little confused.

Oh I do try and think positive things before I sleep, but it has never really worked. I have nice dreams sometimes, but the majority are really, really horrible. You know those dreams where you wake up feeling terrified and the tears are still on your face but you can't remember the dream? :/ I do remember them.

Mine is somewhat related to the fact that when I do sleep, I generally have really, really ****ing horrible dreams, so my mind thinks that if I don't sleep, I wont have the bad dreams :'D even when I want to sleep. It is like my mind does it as a self defense thing =P

My mom was the same, she would say I woke her up and stuff even though I knew I hadn't because I could still hear her sleeping when I eventually went to bed.

I try to stick to British times but it is really hard. It makes it worse because I have insomnia and I am just generally a nocturnal person. My mom went through a stage of doing that, she would take my laptop off me at midnight xD; but now she doesn't mind so much as long as I am quiet when I do go to bed, I think she pretty much accepts that I am a night person.

I am glad you are getting a little better.

I have really messed up my sleeping pattern xD; because most of my friends on here are in the states, I go to bed really late when they do and get up at the same times they normally would @_@ I am in England but living on an American timezone @_@
