I haven't seen it yet, but I have listened to some of the music. It's alright.

It's not that bad honestly. I would recommend checking it out, it's better than the first film.

I'm curious as to who the villain of the season will be. Probably another person Celestia and Luna locked away a thousand years ago. I mean, really, how many super villains from that point in history have popped up by now?

I'm also hedging my bets that it is another G1 villain like Tirek.

I don't know much about the G1 ponies, but we'll see.

Well, believe it or not, no, I never got into the earlier gen ponies and I was surprised that I found myself liking this one.

As a guy I certainly didn't think I would ever like an MLP show.

Well, growing up, I was a tomboy and never watched any MLP shows.

What did you watch?

Power Rangers, original Sailor Moon, you know late 90s shows and some early 2000s.

Well, the season 5 opener was interesting. I wasn't expecting a reference to football, Starlight Glimmer is psycho, and I personally think the writers read 1984 or something.

In the process of watching it right now, but yeah... Seems like that is the case from what I've seen.

Why none of the Mane Six but Pinkie thought something was up when they arrived this weird ass town is beyond me.

Yeah. I was surprised that Pinkie was actually wary of smiles, since she smiles most of the time herself.

Yeah but her's are genuine. These ponies smile like that creepy new McDonald's mascot. All hollow.
