Well, as much as I'd like to, I haven't been able to sleep too well for weeks now. I've tried, but since it doesn't work, I figured I'd welcome my friend to the forum. IS THAT SO WRONG??
I know this seems so old-fashioned, but you could try talking to your parents and telling them how you feel. They might be able to help, even if they don't know exactly how you're feeling.
You mentioned you haven't been able to sleep well for weeks now. Approximately around what date would say weeks is?
Now, is there anything that happened then that might triggered this. For example, being assigned several assignments for homework, big class projects, senior project, etc.
