No idea. It was just missing from the directory. There were other clips that were missing too, like Vexen's and Marluxia's, as well as some random parts from cutscenes. They must have stored it in a different location, in a different file format. Either that, or something about the extractor that I used skipped over those files.

You should see if you can figure out the issue and get the battle cries for Aladdin, Vexen and Marluxia, as well as the cutscenes, uploaded when you have time one of these days. :)
