- Capitalize "superior" because it's at the beginning of the title.
- Don't capitalize "of" because it's a preposition
- Don't capitalize "the" because it's a preposition
- Don't capitalize "in" because it's a preposition
- Capitalize "between" because it's at the end of the title
Your persistence is admirable, but honestly it isn't needed. Whereas the "correct" syntax would be paramount during a situation that needed it, such as a professional atmosphere, it really isn't abominable if I capitalize the "I" in "In-Between." You'll get different answers for different reference material on hyphenated words, but Xemnas' title is a content created phrase as opposed to a standard one. Allow me to tickle you with an analogy: If I created a character whose title was John Upton of Via-Past, it would be allowed because the place he is from is Via-Past. (I don't know why someone would name a city a double preposition, but bear with it.) In-Between is a reference to The World That Never Was, basically.
It's ok. I suppose I assumed you knew that already, given you play Kingdom Hearts, and the fact that I'm pretty sure a dedicated wiki to the series would double check on their sources before throwing that on there. But ya never know hahaa.
