Eh, I guess so. The quote is taken from spoken discourse though, which allows for a certain amount of leeway in terms of correct grammar.
You could make a case for it if you were to say that the 'all' is a modifier of 'wrong'. Think of it this way: substitute 'all' for '100%' and say "[doing] [everything] [100% wrong]". Get it? (am i making a single shred of sense? derp)
Now I was only joking, as I know grammar's not a big deal on the Internet, but you might as well explain it to me, because wouldn't "doing" still be capitalized? :x
