Been intending to do this for a long time, finally got around to it today.

So I take it Ruby is your favorite out of the four main leads?

Yup. She was from day one. lol
It's why I have her in Cove and HSD.

Out of everyone involved in the RWBY deal, I was the only person who had wanted Ruby from the beginning and whose feelings hadn't wavered throughout the release of the other 3 girls.

So when you say the Red Trailer how would you think her personality would be like in the show proper and how did you feel when you actually saw her personality?

Well, originally, when Monty first made her. He has no idea how she'd actually be since he worked on the trailer by himself.

That's why she didn't speak etc, but she still had that confident smile. My initial impressions were that she was quiet, and she almost reminded me of BRS in a way.
But I love how she is now. Adore her.
Her entrance in Episode 1 was pure perfection. Simple as.
