Hey, so. What's new?

Well, there was a storm on Tuesday that blew out the power. We got it back Wendsday morning before I woke up, but our internet went down and hasn't come back. Right now my family and I are using a different WiFi than we usually do that we had to pay for until a guy comes on Monday to fix are original.

Huh. I would have just gone to a library. Most of those have free WiFi. Or read a book. Actually, without internet I could get so much done! My laundry would get laundered, I would finish writing at least three fics, and I could finish my baking!

Oh, but then my Skype wouldn't work... Hmm.... This is troubling.

We don't exactly have that luxury. I only have the computer for a few hours before I go to work and my parents have stuff to do at home.

No close by libraries? That sucks. Oh well. Baking will have to do. Cookies make everything better.

Well we got are internet back. Turns out the issue was actually pretty minor and quick to fix. Me and my mom were like "We waited a whole week for this?!"

Good job internet people, screwing up people's lives with minor issues. Oh well. If it was a bigger issue, it would have taken even longer.

Yeah. All that needed to be done was to have something on the outside of our house unplugged and then plugged back in.

So you turned it off and turned it on again.

Wow. Why couldn't they just tell you to do that in the first place?

I'm not even sure.

"Hey, my internet isn't working and I don't want to fiddle with it because I might make it worse."
"Right. Turn it off and then on again. The switch is behind your house. If that doesn't work, give us a call."

*shrug* Doesn't matter now. We have it.

Haha, whoops. Sorry I've been gone so long. I went to the States, and then renovations when I got home and whatnot.

So, how was your holidays? Were they good?

Vegas, to visit a friend. It was awesome! We played Risk and rummy and talked about dragons and Batman.

Very good! Especially considering the Vegas thing.

Not really. I don't have a ton to do on my days off. I would hang out with friends but my list of friends is rather small given that I neglected to keep in contact with most of my friends over the years, and the ones I do keep in touch with are usually busy...

I know that feeling. I have about four friends. Which I'm happy with. Normally I just rest on my days off. Clean my house, internet, doodle, etc.

I do wish I had more to hang out with.

Have you tried going to a convention? Like an anime convention or a comic convention? I met a few people there. And my brother has a million and a half friends from going to the local anime convention.

No. I'm not even sure there are any around.

That's unfortunate. Conventions are fun.

I have not, to my deepest regret. Is the season over? Can I spam watch it now? Was it amazing?

It isn't over yet, but it is amazing! Seriously, it isn't hitting the brakes!

Ok. I shall dedicate a day to watching it and then a day to rewatch it when the season's over.

Holy crap that was an action packed season. It just bugs me that they had to go kill off one of my favourite characters. And it really bugs me that I have to wait a whole year for the next season. *grumblemumble*

You want to know something? Their death was planned before the series even began.

How likely do you think it is that they'll rebuild Penny? She probably just shut down due to extensive damage and will be fine once they reattach everything, right?

Well it depends. Her remains could have been lost during the conflict. And seeing how she has a soul her "death" could of resulted in losing her soul.
