I don't blame him about the characters.

They are a bit stiff. Sazh seemed the most human to him and I agree.

Both Sazh and Hope are literally the only characters with a character arc.

Or go through any changes at all. At the end of the game, they're different people than at the beginning. Snow sort of goes through stuff, but it's all internal and his behavior doesn't change at all. Lightning just becomes less angry looking.

Pretty much. Anyways, I'm getting through XIII-2 and it's not bad so far. They got rid of the linear dungeon thing that XIII had (the one where it was a straight line and you could never go back once you left the place). I do still miss overworld maps though.

They introduced this thing where you can summon the monsters you defeat to help you. You can name them and give them accessories and stuff. So I have a giant robot thing named Marcus and he has a tree on his head.

There was a tree in my front yard with purple leaves. We got rid of it because it wasn't in a good place.
It's many people's firsts. But broSam had FFI on Gameboy advance so that's what I decided to finish. The first one I played was IX.

Haven't gone yet. Turns out it started at 7:00 pm not am, which conflicted with my family's New Year's get together. HOwever, YOU SHALL GET THE DETAILS TOMORROW!!!! Two day event fo da winz.

Sure? Anyways, I promised you details. It was amazing! Hoo, Lordy. So many good things. I went to the AMV Comedy panel and the AMV contest winners panel. We also went to the Life of a Mangaka panel, and my friends got more out of that than I did, but it was still super useful. Then we went to the Vendor Hall and Artist Alley and I added to my pin hat and bought 15 volumes of manga for $60 and got a onesie and a Digevice and a tag and crest. Ooh, and a Durarara travel mug!!!!

So what's new with you?

Oh nothing much, just finished reading a fanfic today. That's really about all.

Ooh, what's the fanfic about?

It is an MLP:FIM/Fallout crossover fic (which also happens to be a fanfic of the original MLP/FO fanfic which spawned hundreds of other fanfic which are based on it. Fanfiction of fanfiction) in which the main character (Puppysmiles) wakes up two hundred years later after the apocalypse and is looking for her mom. Puppy is also technically dead. That's the long and short of it.

Yes it was a good read. Note, you don't necessarily need to read the original story to get what is going on but it helps.
