It was. Now I have to be sad and happy because it's over but I got all this neat stuff to tide me over until January.

What stuff did you get?

I got the last three volumes of a manga I was reading, I got a limited edition Tonberry plush, a new Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town for my brother (he lost his), and keychains and necklaces and gifts for friends!!!

It's called Jiu Jiu, about this crazy antisocial girl who hunts monsters and has two assistants who transform from person to wolf. It ended kind of quickly though. I sad. ;~; And it's Sam's birthday coming up. He needs some awesome stuff to trump last year.

I know that updates today but don't spoil it because I haven't seen it yet. :X

So how's life treating you?

I accidentally booked 2 weeks off work for my cousin's wedding when I only needed 1, it turns out that the water bills in the house I'm living in haven't been paid for 6 years but they haven't cut off our water and my left toe itches. Other than that, everything is wonderful and amazing!

Hey, free vacation time! Someone isn't doing their job about that bill. Scratch it! Excellent! :D

Yup! I'm going to use the free time to find new work. My grandpa was supposed to pay it (his house) but he died six years ago so he might have a bit of difficulty with that. *scritchscritch* Ahhhhh. How's things with you?

Going pretty splendid with me! Going to be starting my Work Source Program tomorrow.

They put me in a job (without pay) so I can learn work skills. That's the simplest way I can put it.

Well there are also classes I have to go to. It isn't that bad.

And now I have difficulties. I commissioned a piece of art for my cousin's wedding, which is today, and the person hasn't sent me the finished product yet. And the wedding's today. Like, today today.

...Well... Sh!t.

Yes. It turns out there was a miscommunication with the artist. She thought she had another 2 days.

Ah well, it was an amazing wedding. I was very very sore afterwards. I need different shoes. I just can't dance in those. And there was roast beef and free pop and juice and the wine was free too. Beer was money though. Good thing I don't drink! And my cousin (the groom) wore his Batman suspenders.

Speaking of Kyubey, I made a friend watch Madoka yesterday. She had never watched it, seen any gifs or spoilers. Everything was fine until episode 3.

What happened? :D

Well, she doesn't like me right now. Mami was her favourite character. She has all of the feels and not many of them are good feels. She thought she was going to watch something like Cardcaptor Sakura or Sailor Moon.

That poor unsuspecting fool. Little did she know it was more like a Magical Girl version of Faust.

It doesn't help that I didn't warn her.

Good. Would have spoiled the surprise.

That's why I didn't.

Oh, I made her watch the entire thing that night. She was sort of in that It's-too-horrible-to-watch-but-it's-such-a-good-series mentality.

Ah. How did she feel about it by the end?

She agreed it was good but she didn't speak to me for three days.

Next, make her watch Fate/Zero.

Actually, I was thinking of Black Rock Shooter.

I suggest Fate/Zero because Gen Urobuchi directed and wrote it. Urobuchi made the script for Madoka.
